Tongston Group proudly houses a range of diverse services including Tongston Ventures, Tongston Investments, and Tongston Holdings, all accessible through a single, unified website.

Tongston Group proudly houses a range of diverse services including Tongston Ventures, Tongston Investments, and Tongston Holdings, all accessible through a single, unified website.
I conducted a UX audit on the Tongston website to uncover usability issues and i found an issue with service consolidation.

Key findings
All services and their descriptions were consolidated onto a single page.
This consolidation posed challenges for users attempting to discern the range of services offered by Tongston, potentially leading to a frustrating experience.
Moreover, this setup raised SEO concerns, as bundling all services onto one page can hinder the visibility and search engine ranking for individual services.

This page highlights the impact of Tongston's investment products, guiding users toward co-investment with Tongston or securing funding for their business. It offers a clear process for easy navigation and discoverability.

Tongston Group Subsidiaries
I restructured Tongston subsidiaries, placing them on separate pages while ensuring a consistent and unified visual identity. This transformation yielded tangible results: a notable drop in customer monthly inquiries from 20 to just 6 resulting in 10k naira saved per inquiry.
So what exactly was accomplished?
After three months, the business pages on the Tongston Group website were launched as separate entities, resulting in a significant enhancement of overall website performance, surging from 23% to an impressive 75%. This strategic move also led to a substantial 40% boost in organic traffic while reducing monthly inquiries.
On a different note, I departed from the company before the launch of Tongston Investment and Ventures.
